Please have the following information available:
- Brand/type of contact lenses
- Written prescription or contact lens package
- Optometrist's name and phone number
Step 3: Place the order
Once your account is created, you will receive emails from pharmacy@uhs.utexas.edu containing your username and password along with instructions on how to place an order. Accepted forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, and UT Flex Card.
The UHS Pharmacy can fill prescriptions only for UT students, faculty and staff. We cannot fill prescriptions for spouses or dependents, even if they are covered on the health insurance policy of a UT student, faculty, or staff member.
