How to Order Contact Lenses

Ordering contact lenses is fast, easy, and convenient because they are delivered directly to you. Once we've created an account for you, you’ll be able to place a new contact lens order, view your contact lens prescription order history and reorder your contact lenses in just a few steps.

Step 1: Fill out Consent Form

Please complete the electronic form below. This consent provides us with your authorization to create an account for you with Imperial Optical (ECP Web Solutions), the contact lens distributor.

Step 2: Contact us

Call us at (512) 471-1824 or come by SSB 1.110. Please have the following information available:

• Brand/type of contact lenses
• Written prescription or contact lens package
• Optometrist's name and phone number

Step 3: Place the order

Once your account is created, you will receive emails from pharmacy@uhs.utexas.edu containing your username and password along with instructions on how to place an order. Accepted forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, and UT Flex Card.
