You can get radiology services on campus at University Health Services. We have a state-of-the-art digital radiology center that allows our healthcare providers to see your results quickly and securely online.

To get an x-ray, you need an order from a healthcare provider, similar to a prescription. Your provider will explain how to prepare for your x-ray, if necessary.

Charges apply for x-rays, but you don't need to schedule an appointment.

If an off-campus doctor sends your radiology order to UHS, call us before you come in to make sure we have received them.

Off-campus healthcare providers can give you a written order or they can call or fax orders to the UHS Radiology Department. We send results to the provider who ordered them, so be sure to have the correct spelling of your doctor's name and their current address, phone number, and fax number. Orders should include the date, types of x-rays needed, the doctor's signature, and your medical history pertinent to your illness or injury.

We do not provide MRIs, CT scans, ultrasound, bone scans, or mammograms but we can refer you to local facilities that do.
