Appointments
To schedule an appointment at UHS,
call (512) 471-4955.
Non-urgent medical conditions require appointments, typically available Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Our General Medicine, Women’s Health, Sports Medicine, and Allergy/Immunization Clinics as well as our Physical Therapy department all work by appointment.
Consultations with alcohol and drug counselors and registered dietitians in our Health Promotion Resource Center also require appointments, as do other types of educational consultations.
If your medical condition is such that you need to be seen by a healthcare provider before our next available appointment, our staff may refer you to our Urgent Care Clinic so that you can be seen in a timely manner.
If you want advice on how to care for an illness or injury at home or guidance on whether and how soon you need to be evaluated by a healthcare provider, call the Nurse Advice Line any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the year at (512) 475-6877.
