We email patient satisfaction surveys to a portion of UHS patients seen each day. If you receive this survey, please complete it. Your responses will remain anonymous.
If after voicing a concern you might have with your provider care at UHS you have additional concerns, you may contact the Texas Medical Board. Complaints about physicians, as well as other licensees and registrants of the Texas Medical Board, may be reported for investigation here.
