Mental Health Promotion Week brought to you by the Student Mental Health Alliance is a campus-wide week of events focused on promoting elements of positive emotional well-being. Programs throughout the week emphasize the benefits of exploring mindfulness, community, diversity and inclusion, self-care, gratitude, and resilience.

Mindfulness Monday: Yoga & Meditation

Take time to be in the present moment and practice virtual chair yoga and meditate with us.
