    Observe a Leaf
    Pick up a leaf, hold it in your hand, and give it your full attention for five minutes. Notice the colors, the shape, the texture, and the patterns.
  • Monday
    Reflect on Something Small
    Pick one simple thing to notice in this moment. It could be the sight of a tree in the distance. The feeling of a warm cup in your hand. Feel a sense of gratitude in your body for this. What did you notice?
  • Tuesday
    Thank Younger You
    Write a thank you note to your younger self. What do you notice while writing this note?
  • Wednesday
    Put on a happy song and allow yourself to dance freely. Don't worry about how you look or choreography. Just move however you want. For song suggestions checkout this happy song playlist.
  • Thursday
    Follow along with this 5 minute mindfulness drawing meditation. Tune into your body and breath and really let go of your surroundings. What do you notice?
  • Friday
    Your sleep plays an important role in your overall well-being, so make sure you are getting enough of it! Check out the UHS Sleep Page to find resources and strategies to improve your sleep.

    Phone a Friend
    It's not always easy to plan and meet in person, but fortunately, technology allows us to bridge those gaps. Call a friend you may not have talked to in a while to check up on them!
