    Rainbow Walk
    Take a walk, and look for something red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Keep going through the colors, in order, until the end of your walk. How do you feel?
  • Monday
    An Aspiration
    This is ideal to practice in a public space. Decide on an aspiration. Just ask yourself this question: What is my heart’s aspiration? Pause for about 20 seconds. Do this a second or third time and write down what comes. What do you notice?

    Mindfulness Meditation
    11 a.m. at BEL 22A. All are welcome, no experience necessary. Organized by the Center for Students in Recovery.
  • Tuesday
    Thank You Cards
    Take a few minutes today to write a little note to a friend, family member or loved one and let them know you're grateful for them and why. Feel free to write one for yourself also. What do you notice while writing these cards?
  • Wednesday
    Sit tall in a chair. Bring your arms straight in front of you, palms facing in. Inhale and circle your arms above your head, complete the circle as you exhale. Alternate the direction of the circle for each breath.
  • Thursday
    Draw Your Breath
    Get a pen and paper. Bring your attention to your breath and without changing the rhythm, draw up and down movements on the paper mimicking your breath. Pay attention to how shallow, deep, fast, or slow your breath is as you draw it.
  • Friday
    Check out a new location on the Healthyhorns Nap Map to see if it will be your new snooze spot between classes.
  • Saturday
    Group FaceTime
    Create a group FaceTime call with close friends or family members so everyone is able to catch up with each other at the same time!
