    A body scan is a meditative practice in which you focus on each part of every area, often beginning at the toes and moving to the head. Listen to this 5 minute body scan meditation. What do you notice?

    Dynamic Squats
    Separate your feet wider than your hips. Reach your arms overhead as you inhale. Bend your knees, and pull your elbows down towards them as you exhale out of your mouth. Repeat for five breaths.
