    Smile in the Mirror
Take a moment and smile in the mirror. What do you notice? Smiling slows the heart, relaxes the body, and releases endorphins that counteract and diminish stress hormones.

    Grateful for Me

  • Wednesday
Follow along with this video on how to use tapping to relieve anxiety and calm the body.
  • Thursday
Set a timer for 5 minutes or more and doodle (see video for examples). Doodling can be helpful in relieving stress. What do you notice as you doodle??

    Dots & Boxesl
Grab a friend, a piece of dotted paper, and:
    1. Take turns connecting neighboring dots with lines (no diagonal connections).
    2. When your line finishes a box, put your initials inside.
    3. The game is over when all the dots are connected. Count the boxes, the player with the most wins.
