HealthyhornsTXT is a text messaging program aimed at supporting the health and academic success of students at The University of Texas at Austin. Subscribers receive brief, timely information about campus events, physical activity and nutrition, sleep, stress management, alcohol risk reduction, and other general college health tips.

HealthyhornsTXT has over 6,000 active student participants. Current UT students may text HORNS to 99000 to join the HealthyhornsTXT community. You'll receive 3 text messages each week with tips and events to help you stay healthy at UT. Reply STOP at any time to opt-out of the program. Message and data rates may apply.
