MindBody Lounges
The MindBody Lounges are relaxing, self-guided spaces designed to help you reset and recharge. These spaces promote emotional and physical well-being through calming, low-stimulation environments and carefully selected wellness tools.
Each Lounge Offers
- A rotating selection of guided relaxation and mindfulness audio tracks, accessible via QR codes—listen on your own device and take your favorite tracks with you.
- Sensory grounding tools such as aromatherapy kits, hand massagers, fidgets and weighted blankets to support relaxation and presence.
- A soothing environment with private pods to enable you to reconnect with yourself.
