Are you interested in learning more about health and well-being through involvement with the providers, clinicians and staff of University Health Services, the Counseling and Mental Health Center and the Longhorn Wellness Center? Consider getting involved with Healthyhorns through any of these opportunities.

SHAC (Student Health Advisory Committee)

SHAC is the official liaison between Healthyhorns and the student body. As a committee of student leaders, SHAC promotes University Health Services, Counseling and Mental Health Center and Longhorn Wellness Center to students and relays student feedback to administrators for quality improvement.

Physical Therapy Volunteering Program

The Physical Therapy Volunteering Program offers observational and hands-on experience for students who are interested in entering the field of physical therapy. To apply, complete this application and email it to e.gonzales1@uhs.utexas.edu.

Longhorn Wellness Center

The Longhorn Wellness Center offers opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students to get involved in campus health promotion, including through participation in our peer education programs, student organizations and leadership volunteer opportunities.

Clinic Volunteering
