Meet Lauren
Lauren Sanchez is a licensed clinical social worker in the Counselors in Academic Residence (CARE) program. She provides confidential mental health support for students in the School of Architecture and partners with faculty and staff to support student well-being.
Lauren uses a strengths-based, client-centered approach that recognizes each student as the expert in their own experiences. She incorporates mindfulness and self-compassion practices and helps students navigate life transitions, better understand their experiences and develop strategies for managing challenges.
