Texas Medical Board

In addition to voicing concern about your provider's care directly to UHS, you have the option to reach out to the Texas Medical Board. The Texas Medical Board accepts complaints regarding physicians, as well as other licensees and registrants for investigation.

Office of the Attorney General

If you wish to file a complaint with the Office of Attorney General’s Consumer Protection office, visit their website for more information about your privacy rights regarding protected health information, a list of state agencies that regulate covered entities, and each agency’s contact information and complaint enforcement process.
