Sensitive Health Exams and Procedures

UHS utilizes chaperones for all sensitive physical examinations, including breast, genital, rectum and adjacent areas, and sensitive ultrasounds. Patients can request a chaperone at any time. For more information view the Patient Guide to Sensitive Health Exams (PDF).

LGBTQIA+ Healthcare

UHS medical providers are trained to provide patients with quality gender care and LGBTQIA+ healthcare. UHS manages gender affirming hormone therapy for students age 18 and over. View related insurance information and information on updating your name and pronouns in your medical chart.

First-Time Visits
