Diagnostic and reference laboratory testing.

• Lab tests require an order from a UHS or off-campus provider. Off-campus providers are encouraged to fax orders directly to the lab to help reduce processing and wait times. The lab operates on a walk-in basis once the order is received.
• Your provider will explain any preparations for your lab test(s). Call the lab if you have questions.
