Many insurance plans cover flu vaccines. Upload your insurance information to the MyUHS/CMHC portal for billing before your appointment. Uninsured individuals or those with out-of-network insurance will be billed $10.

If you are a student and would like to schedule a flu shot, book through the MyUHS/CMHC portal. Phone booking is not available. To book:
