Schedule Online in the MyUHS/CMHC Portal*
For questions and information about using the MyUHS/CMHC portal, visit the portal page.
*Students under the age of 18 cannot web book within the portal. Call 512-471-4955 to schedule. Learn about minor consent.
Patients can only schedule the following appointment types online through the MyUHS/CMHC portal:
- Clearance (required for study abroad, work or academic programs)
- Flu vaccines
- HPV vaccines
- In-person or telehealth visits for the Gynecology Clinic, Primary Care or Sports Medicine
- In-person or telehealth visits for tuberculosis (TB) testing, evaluation and care
- STI testing (asymptomatic and symptomatic)
Some appointments take longer or are more complex and need to be scheduled by phone.

- Initial appointments for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV: 512-471-4955
- Nutrition Services: 512-471-4955
- Preventive Care Physical Exams: 512-471-4955

Notice: Where You’ll Get Email and Portal Messages From UHS
As a student, most of your communication from UHS will be sent through your MyUHS/CMHC portal. However, some messages—such as appointment reminders or notifications about new secure messages—may also be sent by email. All UHS emails will be delivered to your official UT student email address ([eid]@my.utexas.edu). You cannot change or replace this email address in the portal. On-Time Arrival for Appointments
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for check-in. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled and you may be charged a $25 late fee.
