Late Arrivals, Missed Appointments and Late Cancellation Fees

For All UHS Services

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for check-in. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled and you may be charged a $25 late fee.

For All UHS Services Except Physical Therapy and Nutrition Services

Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least two hours in advance. After this time and if you do miss your appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee.

For UHS Physical Therapy, Nutrition Services, Ultrasound and all CMHC Services

Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. After this time and if you do miss your appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee.

There are no late cancellation fees for the following types of appointments

• Flu vaccines administered at immunization clinics, including the annual Fall UHS Flu Vaccination Clinic and smaller flu vaccination clinics offered by the Allergy, Immunization, and Travel Health Clinic.
• International student immunization clinics
